do you bring an assistant with you?

Our "Coveted package" includes a second stylist, ensuring no rush, with hairstyling for the bride and up to 6 bridesmaids (Mums/aunts are welcome too!). If you have more than  a total of 11 hair services a third stylist will be required.

can i book a trial (bridal preview) before reserving my wedding day?

No. You may only book a bridal trial if you have booked and paid a retainer. Bridal previews are (required for all bookings) $260 + HST.

where will the preview take place?

All previews are held in-studio located at: 783 Queen Street West at Hair by Banks.

do you charge travel fees?

Travel is available a maximum of 1.5 hrs from Toronto. Travel, parking and valet hotel services are additional fees. Travel to the Distillery District is complementary. For all other locations driving time is calculated from M5A 3R3 to the getting ready location:
Downtown Toronto: $35
Up to 30 mins: $65
Up to 45 mins: $85
Up to 1 hour: $110
Up to 1.5 hours: $190

Are hair extensions required to achieve the hairstyle i want?

I suggest considering hair extensions, for the following hairstyles: glam waves, half-ups, and ponytails. I have rental purchase options available. Click here for details.
