Gillian's September wedding had so many unique details to swoon over in the regal King Edward hotel. I knew from the moment I arrived and was greeted by smiling ladies in matching floral pyjama set's this was going to be a dream wedding that I would reminisce about long after I had left!
Gillian's morning was the perfect amount of relaxation and girly fun, with frequent laughs and endless conversation much like I was amongst my own girlfriends! With a love for sewing and no formal dressmaking training, I was in awe of Gillian's Mother who designed and created her bridal gown and the bridesmaids dresses that absolutely dazzled and fit like a glove.
Gillian ended up having a last minute change of mind with her hairstyle choosing a simple half-up style that showcased her naturally gorgeous red locks and her open-backed dress. At Gillian's hair trial, we had tried several updo's and although she loved them she just didn't feel like herself! I always encourage my bride's to choose styles they could envision themselves wearing any day of the week, essentially a more glamorized version of themselves, where sometimes more is less!
Gillian and Dan's ceremony and reception were held at the romantic and decadent Rose Water room in downtown Toronto. Where handcrafted one of a kind chandeliers grace the high ceilings and Royal Dolton chinaware can be found on the tables. Gillian's wedding was every girl's dream filled with the right fusion of tradition, love, and stylish fashion.
I had such a memorable morning with Gillian and her ladies and it seemed she had just as much fun with us I will leave you with some words from the bride herself who shared her Bridal Hair Collective experience on WeddingWire;
